ROLE:  The Project Manager/Engineer will coordinate and oversee the successful implementation of capital and continuous improvement projects.  Foster healthy communication across stakeholders, with thorough planning, analysis and tracking of each project.  Will spend an extended amount of training time (up to 6 months) working on the factory floor to understand processes, flow and machinery. Build your skills and experience while contributing to a growing company in the manufacturing industry.



  • Drive mechanical and process flow projects
  • Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of assigned projects
  • Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment  
  • Operationalize ideas and concepts into implementation plans leading to project completion
  • Use Lean Manufacturing concepts to support Safety, Service (quality & on time delivery) or Productivity improvements in the factory

  • Associate's degree in engineering, engineering technology, manufacturing operations or project management required. (Completion of an engineering related certification program may be considered.)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, manufacturing operations or project management preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing preferred (wood products manufacturing a bonus).
